The hotel offered a lovely comfortable double room with a kingsize bed, complemented by 24/7 access to free tea and coffee along with homemade cake.

The plug in the room didn't work properly, and the TV remote was missing its back, making it challenging to operate the TV.

The noise from drunk people in the nearby laneway makes it hard to relax!!! It’s just too many stairs for elderly guests, which isn't well advertised!!! The dining room is cramped and needs better configuration!!!

Had a lovely time here with comfy beds and a powerful shower that felt amazing after a long day. I enjoyed sipping tea while relaxing in the lounge and loved the access to live music events, which added a fun vibe! Just a bit of noise from the hallway now and then, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

Had an awesome time with friends! The hotel was very clean, and the location is amazing—right on the promenade. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to explore. We took a great trip to a local farm where free-range chickens roam. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help, which made our stay even better.
